This class will be a trail class before we start fully, to gather what works best and what doesn't work as well. please be aware the class may start and stop throguhout, and will not be a clear representation of what the class will be like in the future.
this class will last between 45 mins - 1 hour And will include.
- circle time dances with baby in arms
- nursery rhymes and some classic 90's/ 200's
- free play for babies to explore a range of sensory toys while you catch your breath and enjoy a hot drink and a chit chat
- bubbles
- calming parachute ending
**** this class DOES involve lifting and moving with baby, please do not take part if you have or suffer with any back injuries***
